The ICT team Hospital IJsselland in The Netherlands  is managing their application. One of the core application is based on SAP database. This system was not performing well with their current SAN solution. Also a requirement for the application is continuity.

The setup of this iSCSI SAN solution was placing two units in each hospital wing and configuring a Network RAID disk set. Because the HP LeftHand SAN is based on iSCSI. the only requirement for a disk on the application server is a Gigabit network connectivity.

Having implement the HP LeftHand Storage solution created a High available and redundant Storage Solution. The Hospital can easily grow their storage and also increasing the storage performance when they add new SAN units.
